• Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

• Sealed Packages: Refunds are only applicable if the product is returned in its original sealed and unused condition.

• Opened or Used Packages: Refunds will not be issued for products with broken seals or signs of usage.

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Return Shipping Charges:

• Customers are responsible for courier/shipping charges when returning a product.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
